ProfitFert-2026 in Uman: Fertilizer Market Conference Highlights and Outlook

UKRFERTINVEST Participated in the ProfitFert-2026 Agrochemical Conference in Uman

From May 27 to May 29, 2026, the ProfitFert-2026 Agrochemical Conference took place in Uman, becoming one of the key events in Ukraine’s fertilizer market. The conference brought together leading manufacturers, importers, traders, logistics operators, researchers, and agricultural producers.

UKRFERTINVEST was invited to participate in the event as one of the leading operators in Ukraine’s mineral fertilizer import market. For our team, participation in ProfitFert-2026 provided an excellent opportunity to discuss current market trends and exchange practical experience with industry professionals.

During four specialized sessions, participants addressed a wide range of topics, including:

• the current situation in the nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer markets;
• fertilizer consumption trends and supply sources;
• the development of port and railway logistics infrastructure;
• regulatory updates related to REACH and CLP requirements;
• the use of artificial intelligence to automate business processes in fertilizer production and trading;
• innovative solutions developed by Ukrainian companies;
• modern agricultural technologies and best practices for efficient fertilizer application.

One of the key conclusions of the conference was that the peak of fertilizer prices has likely already passed. At the same time, market experts noted that while further decreases in nitrogen fertilizer prices remain possible, a return to the price levels seen at the beginning of 2026 is currently considered unlikely.
